Unopened products
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order when the product is unopened, unused, sealed, complete, and in its original resalable condition, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, and personal-care products
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, and personal-care products cannot be returned for a change of mind after the seal or packaging has been opened, or when their condition has changed, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item is defective, damaged, or different from your order, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number and clear photos or video when relevant. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund without additional cost, as required by law.
Return conditions
- Products must include their original packaging, seals, labels, gifts, and accessories.
- We may decline a return where the product was used, damaged after delivery, or is excluded from return under applicable law.
- Do not send a return before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days. Online payments are returned through the original payment method where available. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will arrange an appropriate refund method with you. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
