Products and authenticity
Bahiah offers beauty and fragrance products that are presented as authentic and sealed unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page. Product colours and packaging may appear slightly different because of screen settings or manufacturer updates.
Prices and availability
Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise. Product availability may change without notice. We may correct genuine pricing, description, or inventory errors and will contact you if they affect an order.
Orders
An order is subject to acceptance and availability. We may contact you to confirm your details. We may cancel or decline an order where an item is unavailable, the information provided is incomplete, a clear pricing error occurred, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If an online payment was captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Payments
Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, online card payment, Apple Pay, InstaPay, and Vodafone Cash, depending on availability at checkout. Payment services may be provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
